APRIL 2008: I had high blood pressure and did very little exercise. My eating habits were not regulated and they included lots of bread, desserts, etc. with too little protein, fruit and vegetables. I never ate breakfast and my first meal of the day was usually lunch with unhealthy snacks in between lunch and dinner.

JUNE 2008: Now my blood pressure is normal and I walk at least 3 miles per day.  I follow the NutraFit Body program and make sure that I eat five to six meals a day. Due to the above changes in diet and exercise, my energy levels have now been restored to what they were ten years ago and I am a firm believer of the NutraFit Body program, as taught by Suzanne

72 Year Old Grandmother

Working with Suzanne at NutraFit Body has been life changing.  I have struggled with my weight for my entire life, and for the first time, feel like all of the pieces are coming together.  After years of punishing my body on the latest fad diet (and my weight steadily climbing after each failed attempt), I was ready for a real and sustainable life style change.  Suzanne's comprehensive approach actually has me eating more food at regular intervals and having the energy to perform at a higher physical level.  She has helped me to learn how to efficiently plan and prepare my meals so that I can easily follow the program and not resort to "grabbing" whatever is fast and easy.  I have found that because my blood sugar levels remain stable, my cravings for sugar and simple carbohydrates have diminished significantly.

The interval training approach is time efficient and totally doable.  I now understand the importance of lean muscle tissue and its role in an increased metabolic rate.  I feel stronger now than I have felt in my entire life.  Though I still have a way to go on my journey, I feel confident that I am learning the tools to achieve my weight and fitness goals, and more importantly, maintain them for the rest of my life.
